About Kepa
Who We Are
Kepa Consulting is a land development and civil engineering consultancy founded by Kevin Wyborn in 2016 which caters to organisations (small to large and private to public) offering a range of related engineering services to meet a variety of needs.
Kevin has spent 30 years as a civil engineer, initially in highway design in the UK and upon moving to Fiji then NZ, focusing on land development and associated infrastructure projects.
The majority of his career has been spent in senior land development and engineering management roles within leading consultancy organisations in NZ and Fiji with key successes in delivering major land development and infrastructure projects.
Kevin left the larger organisation to start his own smaller boutique consultancy. This allows him to focus on select projects which enables him to best utilise his depth of experience and expertise while ensuring adherence to delivery requirements and high standard of work.
These are qualities which, because of the increased amount of work relative to limited resources in the industry, are constantly being challenged and often compromised.

Our services range from feasibility and option assessment, expert witness and advice for resource consenting, preliminary and detailed design including 3D terrain modelling, tendering and contract documentation as well as onsite construction administration and supervision.
